- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Prepare meeting rooms and ensure office supplies are stocked.
- Support administrative staff with various clerical tasks as needed.
- Process invoices and handle basic accounting tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in an office or administrative setting preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for immediate start.
