Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors professionally, answer multi-line phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, route correspondence, and prepare meeting packets.
- Data Entry & Records: Perform accurate data entry into company databases, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and update client records.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
- Office Operations: Monitor office supply inventory, order necessary materials, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense reporting.
- Customer Service: Assist clients and employees with inquiries via email, phone, or in person, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an office administration, reception, or clerical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
