Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain confidential data in company systems
- Manage and organize digital and physical files with meticulous attention to detail
- Provide exceptional front-desk support including phone handling and visitor reception
- Coordinate weekend office operations including supply inventory and equipment checks
- Assist with document preparation, scanning, and formatting using Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
