Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer multi-line phones, and direct inquiries professionally.
- Data Entry & Administration: Accurately input data into our CRM systems and manage filing systems.
- Office Operations: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage inventory, and order office supplies as needed.
- Event Coordination: Assist in setting up and maintaining conference rooms for weekend meetings.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal departments during weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in an office or administrative setting is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
