- Greet and direct visitors and clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services and email correspondence.

- Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for department heads.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with event planning and office refreshments for staff meetings.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
