- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services and package handling.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare meeting materials and room setups.
- Assist with data entry, expense reporting, and general office supply inventory management.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative projects and special projects as requested by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office or administrative setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
