- Handle incoming emails and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and booking conference rooms.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
- Assist with data entry, expense reporting, and inventory management of office supplies.
- Support administrative projects and general office upkeep to ensure a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an office or administrative setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
