Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries with professionalism.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital and physical records.
- Prepare meeting rooms, distribute agendas, and handle audio-visual equipment for internal and client meetings.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers promptly.
- Assist with inventory management, office supply ordering, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Support administrative staff with filing, expense reporting, and special projects as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant administrative experience is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy office setting.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours.
