Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors, handle incoming calls with professionalism, and manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including copying, scanning, filing, and data entry with high accuracy.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
- Document Control: Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring confidential documents are secured properly.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure the office is fully stocked.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between departments and external vendors, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an office or administrative setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
