Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception, including greeting visitors, directing calls, and managing the switchboard.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, mail, and courier services.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, document filing, and scanning.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements for staff.
- Prepare and maintain accurate office records, reports, and expense reports.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
