Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry into proprietary systems with 99% precision
- Manage digital and physical filing systems using both electronic and traditional methods
- Coordinate office logistics including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and mail processing
- Support daily operations through calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
- Process incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Assist with HR documentation and onboarding procedures for new team members
- Generate routine reports using Excel and internal reporting tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in office administration or data entry roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills
