Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling across departments
- Oversee office supply inventory procurement and vendor relationships
- Process expense reports and maintain financial documentation
- Act as primary point of contact for visitors and incoming communications
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members
- Support onboarding processes for new hires
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional administrative experience in a corporate setting
