Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital and physical records for the company.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes.
- Assist in the procurement of office supplies and manage inventory levels.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Prepare internal reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support the HR department with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee files.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
