Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer multi-line phones, and direct inquiries professionally.
- Calendar Coordination: Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage executive calendars.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate digital and physical records using CRM and database software.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and order necessary office supplies to ensure operations run efficiently.
- Customer Support: Assist clients and employees with general inquiries and administrative needs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
