Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, managing the front desk and phone system.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and mail.</li><li>Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized filing systems.</li><li>Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.</li><li>Prepare meeting rooms and support event coordination.</li><li>Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office.</li><li>Support the administrative team with various projects and special requests.</li></ul>
Qualifications
