Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain data in CRM systems with zero-error tolerance
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure document security compliance
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor communications
- Support scheduling and calendar management for department heads
- Assist with mail processing and document scanning
- Generate daily performance reports using Excel and Google Sheets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience (8,000+ keystrokes per hour)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail with 99.5% accuracy rate
- Basic knowledge of GDPR/CCPA compliance protocols
- Reliable transportation to San Jose office
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred
