Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors with a professional demeanor; answer and screen phone calls efficiently.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal meetings and conference rooms.
- Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes; draft and proofread internal documents.
- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to ensure the office is fully equipped.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, team building activities, and holiday parties.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Interpersonal: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a professional environment.
