Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and visitor reception with exceptional professionalism
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics for executives
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation with precision
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems ensuring data security and accessibility
- Order office supplies and equipment while managing inventory control
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of office administration or executive support experience
