Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and mail with professionalism
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Support administrative tasks like document preparation, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist with new employee onboarding and office event coordination
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks including expense report processing and invoice tracking
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (2+ years preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
