Responsibilities

- Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Assist with onboarding new employees and office supply inventory
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
