As a night shift receptionist, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of accuracy in data entry and providing exceptional support to our 24/7 operations. Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage the reception area to ensure a professional and secure atmosphere during night hours.
- Data Entry: Perform high-volume, high-accuracy data entry tasks, including updating databases, inputting client information, and maintaining digital records.
- Security & Access: Monitor security systems, verify visitor credentials, and manage access control logs for the facility.
- Mail & Communications: Sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and emails; respond to routine inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Prepare daily reports, schedule night shift shifts, and assist with filing and document management.
- Problem Solving: Address any operational issues that arise during the night shift with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Data Entry Skills: Proven ability to type at least 45 WPM with high accuracy (90%+).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
