Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail distribution
- Coordinate office services including scheduling, supply inventory, and facility maintenance requests
- Maintain secure confidential records and sensitive information handling protocols
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, and report generation
- Act as primary point of contact for after-hours emergency communications and escalations

Qualifications
