Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems and route calls to appropriate departments
- Greet visitors and provide administrative support during evening hours
- Coordinate office logistics including supply management and document processing
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring access and logging visitors
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management for executive staff

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
