- Manage front-desist operations during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Handle multi-line phone system with exceptional customer service
- Screen and direct visitors to appropriate departments
- Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling systems
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Oversee security protocols for after-hours access
- Coordinate with overnight medical staff for urgent requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or front-desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Georgia driver's license (for occasional errands)
