Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, vendors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones, routing calls, and taking detailed messages.
- Monitor building security systems, including checking IDs and verifying visitor passes to ensure safety.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with light administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and expense reporting during off-hours.
- Coordinate night shift logistics, such as facility maintenance requests and security rounds.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
