Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems and route calls to appropriate departments
- Perform accurate data entry for client information and operational records
- Greet and assist visitors during evening hours with professional demeanor
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and documents

- Coordinate with overnight security and maintenance teams

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficient in data entry with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
