Responsibilities
- Manage Night Operations: Oversee the daily workflow of the office, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately during the night shift.
- Communication Hub: Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally, redirecting urgent matters to the appropriate team members.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and prepare reports with a high degree of precision.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to ensure continuity of operations.
- Security & Access: Manage access logs, secure the facility at the end of the shift, and conduct routine safety checks.
- Customer Support: Assist internal and external stakeholders with administrative requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a quiet environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
