Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a 99% accuracy rate, ensuring all records are updated in our central database.
- Manage and organize incoming correspondence, emails, and physical mail for the night team.
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering for the office facilities.
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Monitor office equipment and troubleshoot minor technical issues during off-hours.
- Handle sensitive information with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
- Support management with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, data entry, or a similar role.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a quiet environment.
