Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Input, verify, and maintain complex data in our database systems with a high degree of precision and speed.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and digitize physical and electronic documents, ensuring easy retrieval for the day team.
- Communication Management: Monitor and respond to emails and inquiries received during the night shift, escalating urgent matters to management immediately.
- Reporting: Generate and compile nightly operational reports, spreadsheets, and logs using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Inventory Control: Assist in tracking office supplies and inventory levels during off-hours to ensure day-shift availability.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine software checks and updates to ensure night-shift tools remain functional.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
- Typing Speed: Demonstrated ability to type at least 45-50 WPM with high accuracy.
- Reliability: Must be available to work nights (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to prevent data errors and discrepancies.
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal, with team members across different time zones.
