Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails during the night shift, providing timely and professional customer service.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare daily reports, invoices, and schedules for the overnight team.
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Monitor building security systems and access logs.
- Support management with ad-hoc administrative projects and special events coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
