Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly and professionally.
- Perform high-volume data entry and document management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all records.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing meeting materials for leadership teams.
- Maintain office inventory, including restocking supplies and processing vendor invoices.
- Generate weekly reports and compile statistics for management review.
- Operate office machinery, including printers, scanners, and fax machines, troubleshooting minor issues as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proven ability to work effectively during night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
