Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area and answer multi-line telephone systems during night hours.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic filing systems with high confidentiality.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for department leadership.
- Process incoming mail, packages, and overnight deliveries.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as expense reporting and invoice verification.
- Monitor building security systems and ensure all access logs are updated.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders via email and phone.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; associate degree or administrative certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
