- Oversee office inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationship maintenance
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and data analysis using MS Office Suite
- Serve as primary point of contact for after-hours client inquiries and emergency escalations
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict adherence to compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience in high-volume office environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings

- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with occasional weekend coverage
