Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications (emails, calls, messages) during night shift hours
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Process confidential documents with precision and security protocols
- Support data entry, record-keeping, and report generation
- Assist with onboarding and training for new night shift staff
- Monitor office systems and escalate technical issues to IT
- Prepare daily operational summaries for morning handover
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
