Responsibilities
- Define the Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI integration, quantum readiness, and next-gen cloud infrastructure.

- Emerging Tech Analysis: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to determine their strategic value for Apex Horizon Labs.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical strategies that drive competitive advantage.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or technical project management with a focus on high-scale environments.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and distributed system architecture.
- Cloud Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a focus on serverless and containerized technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think long-term (3-5 years) and align technical decisions with broader business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
