Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance systems for Project 2026, integrating deep learning models with quantum processing units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, quantum physicists, and software engineers to define technical roadmaps.
- Optimize neural network architectures to run efficiently on hybrid classical-quantum hardware environments.
- Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor junior architects and engineers.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure system reliability and security in unpredictable environments.
- Predict emerging trends in AI and quantum computing to drive continuous innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years focused on AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Extensive proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, transformers, and quantum algorithms (e.g., QAOA, VQE).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
