Responsibilities
- Manage front desk reception including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail distribution
- Perform accurate data entry for client information, schedules, and correspondence
- Coordinate office calendars, meeting rooms, and equipment reservations
- Handle administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and document management
- Assist with basic office support including inventory management and supply ordering
- Support team members with scheduling, travel arrangements, and document preparation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and company information
Qualifications
- Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles (1+ years preferred)
- Advanced data entry skills with high accuracy and speed (minimum 60 WPM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
