Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a professional demeanor, managing the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls with excellent customer service and accurate message taking.
- Mail & Logistics: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and manage outgoing courier services.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain a comprehensive calendar for the executive team.
- Administrative Support: Perform data entry, file management, and assist with various clerical tasks to support office operations.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinate with building management and service vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience working as a Receptionist or in a similar front-office administrative role.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly phone voice.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM knowledge.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Professionalism: A professional appearance, attitude, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
