- Manage digital filing systems and maintain organized physical/digital records
- Support office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and supply inventory
- Assist with customer inquiries via phone/email with professional etiquette
- Collaborate with team members on administrative projects and deadlines
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation
Qualifications
- Proven data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
