Responsibilities
- Accurately input, manage, and update data in company databases and spreadsheets
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming communications, including calls and emails
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence and reports
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Assist with basic office duties like inventory management and supply ordering
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proven data entry experience with high accuracy (minimum 60 WPM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Ability to pass basic background check and drug screening
