Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive staff in the Los Angeles office.
- Document Control: Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
- Office Operations: Oversee daily office functions, including mail sorting, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
- Client Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception experience.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, ensuring all administrative data is up-to-date and secure.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities within the local community.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role within Los Angeles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.
