Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex logistics for department heads
- Process confidential documents, maintain digital filing systems, and ensure data accuracy
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone and email
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with onboarding processes and maintain HR documentation compliance
- Support budget tracking and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent administrative experience (3+ years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong multitasking and time management capabilities
- Experience with government contracting procedures preferred
