Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and oversee the implementation of the 2026 Technical Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Design robust, scalable microservices and cloud-native solutions that can handle massive data throughput.
- Lead technical strategy discussions, evaluate emerging technologies, and drive architectural decisions to support long-term growth.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and reliability across all deployed environments.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for solving complex problems and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
