Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Strategic 2026 Roadmap, identifying key technological milestones and innovation hubs.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Bio-tech) to forecast their impact on our business by 2026.
- Lead cross-functional innovation squads, fostering a culture of 'blue-sky thinking' and practical application.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate 2026 visions into actionable quarterly goals.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our innovation initiatives leading up to 2026.
- Represent Nexus Future Corp at international futurist summits and tech conferences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying and leveraging future trends (specifically looking ahead to 2026+).
- Proven track record of leading complex, high-stakes projects from concept to execution.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
