Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable quantum computing architectures and hybrid classical-quantum systems.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, aligning research goals with business objectives and industry standards.
- Team Management: Mentor a diverse team of quantum physicists, software engineers, and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with academic institutions and hardware vendors to integrate emerging quantum processors into our software stack.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect quantum algorithms and intellectual property.
- Client Solutions: Translate complex quantum concepts into solutions for enterprise clients, demonstrating real-world value.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar) and experience with classical cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
