Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms tailored for NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices.
- Lead the architecture of quantum software stacks, integrating them with classical machine learning pipelines.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum circuits to ensure fault tolerance and error correction.
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into quantum engineering solutions.
- Stay at the forefront of global quantum computing research, publishing papers and presenting at industry conferences.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a specific focus on quantum computing or advanced AI.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Q# or Cirq.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and probability theory.
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (e.g., IBM Quantum Experience, Amazon Braket, Google Cirq).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
