Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Lead Quantum-AI Architect to spearhead our R&D initiatives leading up to the technological paradigm shift of 2026. In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical quantum mechanics and practical machine learning applications, building the foundational infrastructure for the next era of computing.
As we prepare to launch our flagship Neural-Quantum Interface, you will define the protocols for data transmission between classical silicon and emerging quantum processors. You will work in a high-stakes, high-reward environment where your code will shape the future of human-computer interaction.
Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable quantum machine learning models capable of processing tera-scale datasets in real-time.
- Hardware Integration: Develop software stacks to interface with next-generation superconducting qubit hardware.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of 5-8 researchers in exploring novel algorithms for error correction and decoherence mitigation.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision for the company's 2026 product launch, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- Prototyping: Build and iterate on proof-of-concept AI agents that leverage quantum advantage for complex optimization problems.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Applied Mathematics with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML and Quantum computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum software development kits (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in novel computing environments.
- Communication: Excellent technical writing and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
