Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizon
- Conduct horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning across technology, policy, and socio-economic domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce executive-ready foresight briefings and roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and industry panels
- Manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Integrate ethical and sustainability principles into all strategic foresight outputs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial or social impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published work in foresight journals or industry publications
- Experience managing high-stakes stakeholder engagements across geopolitical boundaries
