Responsibilities

- Advose on governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Represent the firm at global foresight summits and industry forums
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and trend analysts
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record advising C-suite on 10+ year strategic horizons
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight Professional (SFP) preferred
