Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual foresight reports on technological, economic, and societal trends impacting 2026
- Design strategic frameworks for long-term innovation pipelines and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future scenarios
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend analysis
- Present future outlooks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee the development of predictive modeling tools for market evolution
- Drive organizational adoption of agile foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience with predictive analytics tools and data visualization
